No. Every experience can be adapted to the level of the group, no two groups do it exactly the same way. On a hike, for example, the standard trail might be tough, but there’s always a way to make it easier depending on who’s with us. Come as you are, we’ll figure out the right pace together.

Closed shoes, water, and clothes suited to the weather that day. Evenings can turn cold quickly, even in summer, so it’s worth packing a layer just in case.

Yes, transport is included on private experiences from the Cascais area (outside this area, a small fee applies). On group experiences, transport is optional, you choose your meeting point when booking, and it can be changed later if needed.

We follow the conditions on the day. If the weather doesn’t allow us to run the activity safely, we’ll reach out to reschedule or refund. Your safety always comes first, never the calendar.

Yes, at least 24h notice so we can prepare properly. Spots are limited on purpose, we keep groups small. Less than 24h to go? Give us a call, we’ll see what we can do.
