We’ll kick off our journey by following a historic road, the “Ribeira das Vinhas Trail,” once a vital route for transporting agricultural goods from Sintra to Cascais. As we pedal, you’ll feel the serene calm of riding alongside a beautiful river, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature, offering a peaceful escape from the city buzz.

Our first significant stop will be at Quinta do Pisão, a serene natural park. Here, we’ll take a refreshing break and immerse ourselves in the tranquil atmosphere of this sustainable farm and nature conservation project. From there, we’ll make our way to Guincho Beach, one of Portugal’s most iconic beaches. As we near the end of our ride, if our rhythm and the weather allow, we may even have the opportunity to pause for a refreshing swim at a special, secluded spot nearby, adding a unique ocean dip to your adventure before we head back towards Cascais village.
