Cascais Bike Ride (3 hours) (Ages 12+)

Join this incredible 27.5km circular bike adventure starting and ending at Cascais train station. We’ll kick off our journey by following a historic road, the “Ribeira das Vinhas Trail,” once a vital route for transporting agricultural goods from Sintra to Cascais. As we pedal, you’ll feel the serene calm of riding alongside a beautiful river, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature, offering a peaceful escape from the city buzz.

Our first significant stop will be at Quinta do Pisão, a serene natural park. Here, we’ll take a refreshing break and immerse ourselves in the tranquil atmosphere of this sustainable farm and nature conservation project. You’ll have time to appreciate the verdant landscapes and the quiet beauty before we shift gears towards the stunning coastline.

From there, we’ll make our way to Guincho Beach, one of Portugal’s most iconic beaches. Prepare to be amazed by its wild beauty, vast golden sands, and the dramatic sight of powerful Atlantic waves crashing against the rugged coastline. You’ll also notice the unique dunes that characterize this impressive stretch of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.

We’ll then continue our ride along the magnificent coastal road, offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views at every turn as we head back towards Cascais village. The tour will conclude with a delightful ride through the heart of Cascais village. Hike on the Edge of Europe (3 hours) (Ages 12+)

Join us for a beautiful 5km hike that takes you through some of the most impressive and secluded landscapes around Cabo da Roca, away from the usual crowds.

We’ll start on a lesser-used trail, where nature truly leads the way, with rich vegetation sometimes framing the path. As we walk, we’ll explore the native plants of this unique area. Soon, we’ll reach my favorite part of the journey—a ridge trail offering green surroundings and uninterrupted views of the vast sea. The cliffs descend impressively into the ocean, creating a feeling of wonder and exclusivity on this special, hidden path.

Following the captivating coastline, we’ll arrive at the iconic Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe. Here, we’ll share the legend of Cabo da Roca and take in the remarkable, panoramic views. Passing by its historic lighthouse, we’ll continue along a coastal trail that leads to Praia da Ursa, widely known as one of Lisbon’s most striking and unspoiled beaches.

At Praia da Ursa, you’ll have the chance to go for a swim if conditions are favorable, allowing you to connect with this enchanting place. We’ll also share the story of this unique beach. We’ll then begin our climb back to our starting point, surrounded by the beautiful colors of the sky reflecting on the cliffs and ocean, concluding the adventure with lasting memories.

Difficulty: This is not an easy hike, but it’s manageable for most with reasonable fitness and determination, and the right pace. We’ll traverse exposed cliffside trails with elevated viewpoints and steep paths. Whether you prefer a faster or slower pace, everyone can enjoy this adventure with some guidance and support.

With its rich array of holds, the possibilities are truly dynamic—you can follow established lines or push your limits by tackling harder paths using less obvious holds.

Your expert guide will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, providing all the training and equipment you need. This unique, untamed spot offers an authentic adventure, as its routes are not officially graded, making every climb a truly one-of-a-kind experience of discovery.

To make the most of your outdoor yoga experience, we recommend bringing:

  • Sun Protection: Pack sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.

To ensure a serene and complete outdoor yoga experience, your “Sea Flow Yoga” session includes:

  • Guided Yoga Class: A harmonious Hatha and Vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels, guided with care by an experienced instructor.
  • Yoga Mat Rental: High-quality yoga mats are provided for your comfort and convenience.
  • Outdoor Scenery: The unique experience of practicing yoga amidst Portugal’s breathtaking natural landscapes.
  • Liability Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind during the activity.
  • Personal Accident Insurance: Protection in case of personal injury during the session.

What’s Not Included

To ensure clarity, please note that the following are not included in your “Sea Flow Yoga” experience:

  • Water & Personal Snacks: Please bring your own water bottle and any snacks you may need.
  • Personal Attire: Comfortable clothing, extra layers (like a sweater or blanket), and sun protection are not provided.
  • Transportation: While transportation can be arranged, it is an optional add-on for an additional €10 per person (round trip).
  • Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases or extra items are not covered.

For your convenience, I offer pick-up and return transport from several locations in Cascais — including Carcavelos, Parede, São Pedro, São João, Estoril, Monte do Estoril, and the Cascais train station. This optional service is available for an additional €10 per person (round trip).
